Fetch the current pricing, availability rules and booking settings of an Airbnb listing in real time from Airbnb. The response fields mirror the settings object accepted by POST /listings/airbnb/price_and_rules, so values read here can be written back as-is.

This endpoint calls multiple Airbnb APIs per request and therefore shares the stricter rate limit of write operations (120 requests per minute).
